I had previously installed a large sink in place of the tiny double sinks on our boat.  I also installed a high faucet with a pullout sprayer.  We needed some way to cover the sink to add to our counter space so I bought a large cutting board from Amazon and custom cut it to fit over the sink.

The cutting boards are stored behind the sink and next to the stove to control any splashing that may occur from the faucet or stove.
