We have been having some great times sailing weekends recently but last week we decided to spend the 4th of July holiday in the woods with our bikes and our friends.
We try to make a couple of trips each year to Vermont's Kingdom Trails network in the Northeast Kingdom. We rent a 2 bedroom unit at the Burke Bike Barn(www.burkebikebarn.com). It is an 1850s barn that was moved to this site and renovated. The trail system goes right across the property so we have bike-in/bike-out access to the trails. The owners, Doug and Disa Clarner, are great folks and Doug is an amazing woodworker(http://www.clarnerwoodworks.com/).
